Cultural Artists

Performers of the arts as companions or facilitators are at the forefront of working with youth at the community level. MAP research equips facilitators and facilitators to acquire a number of basic early psychological support skills and arts-based activity facilitation skills for conflict transformation.

1) Jose Rizal Manua

Jose Rizal Manua is a poet, actor and voice actor in several films, a jury for theater festivals, as well as the founder of a children's theater, namely Teater Tanah Air. He was born in Padang, September 14, 1954. Under his tutelage, Teater Tanah Air has won various national and international festivals. In fact, he and the Homeland Theater were specially invited by the UN headquarters to commemorate The United Nations Universal Children's Day at the Palais Des Nations - United Nations Switzerland in Geneve (UNDG) in Geneva-Switzerland. The Indonesian Theater won the MURI Record award, as a theater group that received the most international awards. He himself received the "Satya Lencana Wirakarya" award from the President of the Republic of Indonesia, DR. H. Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono in 2008.

2) Eddie Karsito

Eddie Karsito, is a book writer, screenplay writer, journalist, who is also an actor in films, soap operas, theater, and social activists, arts and culture. He has written in many media, particularly related to culture, music industry, film and television. He received various awards related to cultural arts. He is the founder of the Humanities Studio, the Mother Lenny Shelter House, and the One-One Culture House (RBSS), under the Humanities Foundation. He is also active in various organizations, including the Secretariat of Indonesian National Puppetry (SENA WANGI), Secretary of the Cultural and Arts Institute KOSGORO 2017-2022, General Secretary of the Indonesian Entertainment Journalists Forum (FORWAN) 2016-2020, and is active in various professional and social organizations. , Art and culture.

3) Padepokan Ciliwung Condet

Starting from the Brotherhood who has the same passion to raise the dignity of society, the environment, Betawi culture, especially in the village of Condet. For this, an idea was born to establish a Foundation that has Concern for Culture and the Environment that upholds the values of Culture, Social, Education and Humanity. As the PADEPOKAN CILIWUNG CONDET Association, it was established in November 2017. The name "PADEPOKAN CILIWUNG CONDET" was pledged as the name of the foundation whose articles of association had been made by Notary Rita Lucy Indriani Lubis, SH, M.Kn. which has been legalized by the Minister of Law and Human Rights of the Republic of Indonesia based on SK Number AHU0013126.AH.01.04, August 08, 2020. The activity "PADEPOKAN CILIWUNG CONDET FOUNDATION" will focus on moving in the field of culture and the environment to achieve the goal Our goal is to raise the dignity of the community, environment and Betawi culture, especially in Condet.

4) Children's Music Care Foundation

The Indonesian Children's Music Care Foundation is an affirmation of the ongoing commitment of the independent movement “Peduli Musik Anak” (PMA) which aims to remind adults of the role of music as a communication tool, educational tool, and a parenting tool, especially in increasing the bond between adults and children. This foundation has a mission to encourage adults to sort and choose music that is appropriate for the child's developmental stage and sing music together with the child. The PMA movement was initiated by a pair of psychologists who are concerned about education through music. PMA collaborates a lot with various parties, both individuals and organizations dealing with children's rights. PMA has won an award as a “Pacesetter” in the “Re-Imagine Learning Challenge” organized by Ashoka & Lego Foundation.

5) Kalamtara Movie House

The Kalamtara Creative House which was established on May 2, 2012 (coinciding with National Education Day) focuses its activities on character building which is focused on empowering creativity and self-potential, such as training in acting, cinematography and film production. Through this Kalamtara Film House, cooperation was established with MAP, namely in the making of a virtual Lenong film that seeks to campaign for peace through arts and cultural programs. This virtual Lenong film mostly involves youth players who are assisted by Kalamtara and are supported by Kalamtara's art workers. 6) Kalanari Theater

The Kalanari Theater Movement, which was founded in Yogyakarta on March 8, 2012, is a cultural movement institution through theatre. Kalanari uses theater as an entry point to study, interpret, explore, and then represent the culture of a society. Theater is seen not only as a performance or just part of artistic work, but also has a noble vision and mission in developing community culture that puts forward the main values of humanity. Kalanari's internal goal for the theater world is to reaffirm the bond between performances and society, while Kalanari's external goal is to inspire people to develop their culture.

7) Studio Hanafi

Studio hanafi is a non-profit community that was founded in 1999. The vision and mission of studio hanafi is to walk together in the arts and endeavor to regenerate through art and culture. In 2005, Studio Hanafi opened a library and a place to learn dance, theater, music, writing and painting for children and youth. Various activities at Studio Hanafi are artist residencies, Hanafi solo exhibitions and joint exhibitions, workshops and various programs including art exhibitions, Hanafi Studio children's theater and literacy classes, diversity murals, West Tulang Bawang Festival (Tubaba 2016 - 2018) in Lampung, cross-art collaboration with various artists, Learning with Maestro, launching of poetry books, workshops on three-dimensional works and others.
